As we know Xiaomi has launched Redmi Y1 and Y1 lite about 1-2 month ago and now a new device has been launched today with some improved specifications and more budget friendly.
Xiaomi launched the new Redmi 5A and this new Redmi device is not so different as compared to recent devices that Xiaomi launched but some minor changes are noticeable.
The current device again has a five-inch screen, a processor © Snapdragon 425 and a Rear camera of thirteen megapixels. It has a smaller battery (3000 mAh against the 3,120 mAh of the Redmi 4A). It comes with the Android 7.1.2 Nougat so these are some changes that Xiaomi made.

Same screen, identical processor
The Xiaomi Redmi 4A has been one of the most loved mobile phone within the range. This has also had a lot to do with the price, which did not exceed INR 6000. This new model goes the same way. Although, as we say, the changes are few, the Xiaomi Redmi 5A offers more internal memory for the same price practically.
At the design level, the Xiaomi Redmi 5A offers a metallic, discreet design, very much in line with last year's model. Of course, this device also does not include the fingerprint reader like 4a, The panel of the new device has a size of 5 inches. Its resolution is 720 x 1280 pixels with a density of 296 pixels per inch.
Inside the Xiaomi Redmi 5A there is space for a Qualcomm MSM8917 Snapdragon 425 processor (four cores working at 1.4 GHz Cortex-A53). This chip is accompanied by 2 or 3 GB of RAM and 16 or 32 GB of storage capacity. Either one can be extended by using microSD cards. It is, therefore, a rather discreet set, which will only allow us to work with basic applications.
Android 7 Nougat
One of the new additions this year has been Android 7.1.2 Nougat. This version includes improvements with respect to Marshmallow. It offers an improved battery saving mode (Doze), a different notification system and more functions. As for the photographic section, the Xiaomi Redmi 5A has a main camera of 13 megapixels with aperture of f / 2.2, focus by phase detection and LED Flash. On the front there is a secondary 5 megapixel sensor with aperture f / 2.0 for selfies. For the rest, this device also has FM radio, Bluetooth 4.1, WiFi, LTE, Micro USB 2.0 and GPS. The included battery has a capacity of 3,000 mAh.

The Xiaomi Redmi 5A will go on sale in India on December 7. Its price starts from INR 4999/-.
